I had been using all sorts of things to raise my pudding molds up off the bottom of the pot that I use for steaming puddings. Then I found this. The large size fits my big pot perfectly.

    Good quality; sturdy construction.

  3. JohnnyRebel

Great addition to my kitchen cookware collection!!! I like to use this stainless steel “trivet” for steaming sweet bread rolls and cooking “super-oozy” Swiss Cheese & Sour Dough sandwiches. This size unit fits perfectly inside my 9.25 inch diameter pot.

I have a glass cake display thing but for the holidays I wanted to use the cake display for pies. This worked perfectly so that the display could hold two pies instead of one

This rack fits nicely in our Gourmia air fryer that has a 9 inch x 9.5 inch nearly round basket. We start with a square of aluminum foil to line the bottom. Optionally add a 9 inch parchment paper liner then place this rack on top of the aluminum foil and parchment liner. This arrangement works great. Hot air easily circulates to the underside of food items minimizing the need to turn food items and the aluminum foil and parchment paper get tossed leaving a clean air fryer basket. It took us a while to figure this out. We tried silicon liners, but they were as painful to clean as the air fryer basket. The nice thing about this rack is that it has tall feet that elevate the rack well above the bottom of the air fryer allowing for good air circulation. The rack is pretty easy to clean.

Most steamer racks are shorter in height. I am using this rack in the convection/fryer to boost the tray to hold frenchfries/chickennugs/pizza to be near middle of our all in one Toshiba microware/fryer … ps gotta remember to pull it out and not use with microwave mode on the all in one cookers.

These turned out to be way too tall to use on top of the Ninja cook surface (I wanted a double decker for our Ninja air fryer) so I ended up having to bend all three legs up about an inch and a half. After that they worked well. They are not at all non-stick, so keep that in mind.

Product is made well but I had to return it. The sizing chart is wrong. And the image isn’t exactly accurate. There are stands that stick out further than pictured. I bought a medium thinking it would fit in a 9″ interior diameter pot, but it needs an 11″ interior diameter to fit.
