I made my hot milk foam and was pleased with how it worked and tasted. Cleaning inside the tank afterward was straightforward.
CONS:
I used foam soap and water inside the tank and shook it… some foam water did leak out
The instructions/universal symbol buttons are confusing
It has 2 long buttons, but they are rockerish switches?
you have to dig for the information to figure out they are rocker switches
The top button is especially confusing, cold foam/hot milk button together?

I think this was a good product just to warm up the milk or for the milk but for mine I put a little bit of hot cocoa powder and it wouldn’t mix well In a sense that there would still be hot cocoa on the bottom of the froth. If you don’t pour it to the copper right away, The fraud also just stay in the front and you have to scoop it out when you transfer it to the cup

I really love coffee. I drink at least 3-4 a day.
The milk comes out amazing, the only thing is that you must wash it right after you use it with soap (yes, every time ). Because If not it got smell and sticky milk stays on… I always do but sometimes I don’t have time I just want a coffee and go … especially in the morning…

Really easy to use and froths my almond or oatmilk perfectly. Love that it has a handle (some more expensive branded frothers don’t have a handle). I haven’t had any issues and it has 4+ weeks. I’m glad I made the purchase.
UPDATE:
The frother stopped frothing by the warming feature was still working. But what is the point of that? I am no longer using this item. That’s too bad. I really liked it initially. This time I’ll be investing in the Nespresso frother.
