In my opinion, this is a well-made rack. I have the larger size, and so far I have used it for a 17 pound ham and a pork tenderloin. The rack cleaned up well after each use. I always leave my rack to dry overnight, after towel drying to be sure that it is completely dry to avoid spots. So far, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Too small for any crockpot

It fits my 13-inch-long covered porcelain roaster perfectly! I wanted to reduce pan frying and start oven roasting meats to reduce cholesterol and for ease of clean up. This rack works perfectly and cleans up in my dishwasher. I do not have grease splatters on my stove top or counter to clean, and the meat tastes great! I consider this a double win.

Fits perfectly in the average crock pot everyone seems to have. I’ve used it once so far and it worked extremely well. It was super easy to clean afterwards and didn’t seems to have any wear from cooking/cleaning it.
